During a pandemic, retail businesses need accurate, up-to-the-minute data to guide fast decision making. Our Covid-19 campaign brought Emarsys’s data expertise to the fore, with a real-time economic tracker presenting business leaders with the insights they needed.

Using anonymised sales data from 2,500 Emarsys business customers, the online Covid Commerce Insight (ccinsight) tracker presented how the pandemic was affecting consumer spending across every sector and region worldwide.

With a breadth of live sales data that others couldn’t rival, we crafted a six-week news drumbeat the media couldn’t resist. From panic purchasing puppies to bulk buying BBQs, we turned raw data into memorable media narratives.
